Headquartered in Germany, PRIME Research offers media monitoring, campaign measurement, content analysis, reputation sentiment and social media analysis to more than 100 companies around the globe. PRIME provides the tools, talent and technology to maximize their communications investment. The company selected LMD Designs to create an entirely new brand expression with greater emphasis on the company’s global reach.

 

Approach

  • Evaluate the company’s brand assets and articulate its global features and services
     
  • Strategize ways to increase existing and potential client engagement with the website
    by highlighting new and existing services
     
  • Create a unique, bold brand based on the company’s detailed insights
     
  • Develop case studies demonstrating the difference PRIME Research made at leading companies and brands around the globe
  • Enhance users’ brand experience while engaging with the website on various devices
     
  • Develop a plan to evoke in-house stakeholders' engagement

  • Involve employees in photo shoots at headquarters in Germany and offices in Michigan to provide creative direction
    and guidelines for ongoing photo shoots
    at all global offices 
 

Impact

  • Drawing attention to the new mobile app helped to significantly increase the company’s responsiveness
